seven, seven, SEVEN

Got word of my seventh publication getting accepted this evening. Well, techically it is "conditionally accepted." I have a several hours worth of editing to do, but no biggie.

I have to tell you, my *7* dance for Mr. P looked a bit too !SUPERSTAR!. It really wasn't all that too hot. I must work on that.

I feel giddy with relief, for some reason 7 seems hugely bigger than 6.

HUGELY. bigger.

but really, probably not statistically significantly bigger. that's for you other stat dorks out there. cheers.

Oh, and I am about to google 30Something so I can watch it, I never did. I am 30something for another 4 months, so I better get my watch on.

I just spent eight million hours on statistics homework. I don't want to look at another P value. And then I get to working on my paper because they want me to submit my paper for publication by the end of next fall and well, i have a lot more stuff to do and what is there? P VALUES AND WILKS LAMBDA and MANOVA and ahhh... at least my world lit paper won't have to have any statistics in it.

Mmmm, where in the above comment from the girl was the congratulations?

Anyway, CONGRATULATIONS...what a huge relief...now jump back on your health wagon and start looking forward to WMR BFF. Yay, what great news!

I put ThirtySomething on my Netflix Que because now I want to see it too, it isn't out on DVD yet.

YAY CONGRATS! Seven IS way bigger than six. Six is "just over five." Seven is "about halfway between five and ten."

Congratulations on number 7, but shame on you for getting Courtney Cox's shrewish orgasm voice stuck in my head.

Woo hoo for publications and for thirtysomething! Of course if you hate it, I'll try to deny I ever recommended it.

Thanks for your comment on my blog about your doing the couch to 5K. It is motivating to me to hear stuff like that!

HP--
I used to have all the episodes on VHS. Then before our CCRM cycle I became desperate to own them on DVD, as I envisioned myself watching them while lazing around in the hotel. I found some probably illegal company selling them and then they came from CHINA, way too late to take to CCRM, then they didn't work (hmmmm, foreshadowing??) and then I threatened to report them to the BBB and they sent me a replacement. They are not DVD quality, but I don't care. I know they're bootleg, recorded right off of someone's TIVO when Bravo or Lifetime re-ran the entire series a few years back.
So...that's how I have them. And I love them.

You know why seven feels like so much more than six? 'Cause it's the only number you've hit so far that has two syllables.

I just made that up. But it sounds good, doesn't it?

Congrats! Take that, Alain!

This is great news!!!!

Also, can you seriously watch 30something online? I wonder if I would like it as much now that I AM one and not a teenager in love with Michael?

7 is way bigger than 6! Congrats.

I loved the 7 scene from Friends, but I'd forgotten how terrible Monica's hair was at the time.

I watched thirtysomething in my 20's. Loved that show.
