Twelve minutes and twenty two seconds.

I.
jogged.
a MILE.

12 minutes.
and 22 seconds.
today.
outside.

I did that. I did jog a mile.

That is AWESOME! Congrats! I am so proud of you. That first mile is the hardest. Well, maybe the second too. But you did it! You did not die or throw up (which is what I say to myself in my head when I am running as a reason to stop). Before long a mile will be cake. WOOT! WOOT!

THAT. IS. AWESOME! Doesn't it feel great to have accomplished a goal like that? BTW, that pace? Pretty darn good. I have friends who run marathons at that pace!

i am such a FAIL at running outside. i can run 10 min miles on my safe little inside treadmill, then i go outside and DIE after .000000004 miles if i have to breathe ACTUAL AIR.
