Architects are very detail driven

aren't they?

Then please explain to me how Mr. P sat across from me for an ENTIRE meal in a well lit restaurant and failed to mention that

MY SHIRT WAS ON BACKWARDS.

yeah, let's not go to the place where you ask me why I didn't know my own shirt was on backwards..mmmkay?

I need more information on this shirt so that I can picture this humorous exchange. ;)

It's the same way husbands can stare into the pantry, declaring "I can't find the peanut butter" when it is RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEIR FACE.

Dude. My artist husband failed to notice that I had a purple stripe in my hair for nearly a week.

It's just boys.

im hoping the shirt was a pullover and not a button down. if it had buttons and you still managed to put it on backwards, you may just be losing it.

Again? Didn't this happen last week too?

Maybe he thought you were making some sort of fashion statement.

Maybe I was thinking of someone else. Thought it was your blog I read you and hubby went to lunch and he never pointed out that your shirt was on backwards.

Either I'm losing my mind or I need to change my name to Claire Voyant.

uh....i think the bigger question is...HOW did your shirt get on backwards and WHY was his brain such mush that he didn't notice? hmmm? sounds like there was a little sumpin sumpin going on, you threw your shirt on and went out for sustenance. mr. p was still basking in the afterglow and didn't notice your shirt. just sayin'.

Boom chicka wah wah. You can't him to pay attention to details after that. Why else would your shirt be backwards?

I agree that we need to know what kind of shirt it was to get the full picture. I mean, if it was a solid colored T-shirt it might not be that noticeable, even to an architect. But if we're talking a button down, and you had the back of the collar under your chin and had buttoned it up your spine, that would be pretty weird. And funny.

The only thing men are sure to notice about clothes is whether we are wearing them or not.
